TRAWW Ltd. (hereinafter “TRAWW” or the “Company”) is a UK company bearing registration number 11498515 which is wholly owned by International Infrastructure Company, Ltd. a registered Isle of Man company, and managed by qualified industry professionals. TRAWW is a privately-owned company conducting smelting operations in an environmentally compliant manner (SIC 3339). TRAWW is not a toll smelter; rather, it processes only concentrates (“Concentrates”) that it holds for its own account. TRAWW does not trade in physical nor securitized precious or other metals and as such maintains no trade desk or capacity in this regard. TRAWW coordinates with its affiliates NP IP, Ltd. and TRK, Ltd. to facilitate their technological requirements for metals as part of the group’s broader mission. Further, deployment of the group´s technologies will be a primary source for concentrates for acquisition by TRAWW. Whether TRAWW’s counterparty is a refiner, financial institution, or sovereign, the Company treats each transaction with clarity and focus. TRAWW conducts professional testing, acquisition and smelting of precious and other metal bearing Concentrates, as well as acquisition of grandfathered stock Dore (“Dore”), in strict compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory regimens. 

TRAWW is headquartered in Great Britain, Isle of Man (as the leader of the TRAWW group of companies). Although TRAWW’s principal office is in Great Britain, Isle of Man, it will maintain physical operational capability in locations including Great Britain and the United States. TRAWW maintains refining, banking, transport, and insurance relationships globally. These relationships, informed by unrivaled infrastructure, capacity and experience, allow TRAWW as a counterparty principal, to conduct itself conformity with its mission statement and unerringly ethical standards.
